Measure Eucentric Height AlternativeEdit Delete
|Name||Measure Eucentric Height Alternative|
|Description||This script will measure eucentric height by correlating image shift with changes in stage Z-height and fitting to a simple linear equation. By default, this is first done at 15 degrees, then at +/- 45 degrees. The process is relatively quick and accurate, but could fail on more complicated samples.|
